The Savoy is an ideal place with reasonably good staff from check-in to check-out. It is in an incredible location right by the American Bar where the Bloody Marys are delicious, by the riverside, and near the beautiful restaurant. I also had an excellent meal at the grill restaurant.

Came here for trip, had great 2 days overall. The room was breathtaking and outstanding with a quiet bed. The meal served at the grill restaurant was appetising. The service was exemplary, including an efficient check-in.

Thoroughly enjoyed this nicely decorated hotel, easy to find. We have booked a luxury king room with a wonderful view, chocolate cake, and a queen bed for 1 night. Everything was very good, even though we had a little small bathroom. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was distinctive throughout the property. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, easy to get there even when carrying luggage on the tube.

The breakfast was excellent and the place was clean. All of the staff were fantastic. The location was super and essential for grabbing a bite after the theatre. My superior queen room was outstanding and breathtaking. The bed was quiet. The different food in the grill restaurant was the best part.

exceptional hotel for trip with professionally trained and highly professional staff from doorman to chambermaid. special view at the river and well-equipped and a nice size room. pretty nice bedroom, upscale and the best location. the pool area is lovely too. plus, private parking onsite.
